海南國(guó)際創(chuàng)意港，是在海南省委、省政府直接支持下，海口市委、市政府推出的海南首個(gè)以產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新、品牌創(chuàng)新、產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新為核心、服務(wù)海南國(guó)際旅游島建設(shè)的創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)項(xiàng)目。 　　Supported by Hainan provincial Party committee and the provincial government, Hainan International Creative Harbor is the first creative industry park project promoted by Haikou municipal Party committee and the municipal government in Hainan that serves the construction of Hainan International Tourism Island and focuses on industry innovation, brand innovation and product innovation. 　　項(xiàng)目采取政府扶持、企業(yè)主導(dǎo)、市場(chǎng)化運(yùn)營(yíng)的方式，立足于為海南國(guó)際旅游島建設(shè)過(guò)程中形成的巨大產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈需求提供前端創(chuàng)新、創(chuàng)意及高端設(shè)計(jì)服務(wù)，由國(guó)內(nèi)最大的工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈運(yùn)營(yíng)服務(wù)商---深圳靈獅文化產(chǎn)業(yè)投資有限公司負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目運(yùn)營(yíng)，海南省、?？谑袃杉?jí)政府從產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展政策、環(huán)境改造及公共平臺(tái)建設(shè)等方面給予政策和資金扶持。 　　Adopting government supported, business centered and market oriented operating way, this project aims to provide cutting-edge, innovative, creative, and high-end design services to meet the huge demand for industrial chain during the construction of Hainan International Tourism Island. This project is operated by Shenzhen Sphinx Cultural Industry Investment CO., LTD, the largest industry chain operation service provider of domestic industrial design, and Hainan provincial and Haikou municipal governments will provide policy and funding support in the aspects of industry development, environmental reform and public platform construction, etc. 　　海南國(guó)際創(chuàng)意港定位于以工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)及其產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈產(chǎn)業(yè)為主導(dǎo)，以中外知名國(guó)際設(shè)計(jì)大師和知名品牌設(shè)計(jì)企業(yè)為主體，立足國(guó)際旅游島建設(shè)對(duì)旅游產(chǎn)品、酒店用品、高端禮品、創(chuàng)意農(nóng)業(yè)及建筑設(shè)計(jì)、新媒體設(shè)計(jì)等形成的巨大市場(chǎng)需求，同步建立產(chǎn)業(yè)化運(yùn)營(yíng)服務(wù)平臺(tái)，為入駐企業(yè)與國(guó)際旅游島建設(shè)前端市場(chǎng)需求對(duì)接提供高端增值服務(wù)。 　　Hainan International Creative Harbor project is led by industrial design and industrial chain industry, taking the domestic and foreign well-known design masters and brand design enterprises as the main body.
